CHL Refresher Class

Without practice or repetition, things you learn tend to fade away.

You never know when or where a threat may come from. Having a CHL permit is not enough. It takes continual education to be a responsible permit holder.

The first thing people think about is shooting skills. Shooting is a perishable skill and it is important to continue practicing with your carry gun. Knowledge is just as important. Securing a permit is not the end – in order to protect your family, you have to be aware of the laws regarding concealed carry and what is legal use of force.

This course focuses less on marksmanship and more on defensive shooting. This is a non-live fire class. Students will use our Virtual Range SITE “Use of Force” simulation training to advance their skills and learn to think critically and rationally rather than relying only on instincts. You will be challenged to make decisions under extreme stress.

This refresher course will provide you a better understanding of your responsibility as a CHL holder and will educate you on how to protect yourself and your loved ones not only from a physical threat, but from potential legal and financial aftermath.
